Locker lease terms and conditions by and between the undersigned and Mountain Haus Ski Lockers (MHSL)

I agree to be automatically charged for the current auto-renewal rates on April 1, 2026 for the 2026-2027 season unless I notify MHSL by March 1, 2026.

If I choose not to auto-renew I agree to remove all contents from my locker by May 1, 2026 or I forfeit all contents of the locker.

I understand that MHSL will have the right to inspect my locker for damages at any time. If damages are discovered and deemed by MHSL management to be due to misuse of the locker, the lock will be changed, and I will be charged to fix the damages. I understand all debts must be settled before I can regain access to my locker.

I understand and agree that any damage, loss, theft, or vandalism of personal property because of external factors (water, fire, construction, burglary, forced entry, etc.) or my use of the locker is my responsibility and do hereby hold harmless MHSL, its officers, agents, owners, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, or liability of any kind.

I agree to not store in my locker any illegal items, hazardous materials, or any items deemed by MHSL to be outside of the lockers intended purpose. I furthermore agree not to run extension cords or use space heaters or hair dryers within my locker.

I acknowledge and agree that I am financially responsible for any and all damages to common areas, or any property managed by MHSL, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, equipment, walls, floors, and amenities.

This lease cannot be transferred to other individuals, and I understand that doing so may result in permanent revocation of my locker privileges without refund. Leases can only be transferred once before the End Date at the current rental rates. No transfer will be in effect until notice is given to MHSL management.

I understand that all lockers remain the property of MHSL and that the management of MHSL reserves the right to suspend or revoke locker privileges with cause and without refund.

I agree to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve a locker for the 2025-2026 season.

I agree that once the lockers are 100% reserved, my 50% non-refundable reservation deposit will be used for my 2025-2026 season rental balance, and I agree to pay the final 50% balance for the 2025-2026 season on August 15, 2025.
